Good Food, Good Wine & Good Company 'that's the new pairing'

This is an article recently published in 3 weekly for our upcoming wine & food promotion

I hear too much talk about Chinese food and wine. So this is my point of view

I say forget about it, Chinese food is served to enjoy when you have a social event or family meal mostly the food will all be put on the lazy Suzie at the same time. So how is it possible to pair a wine with many dishes, impossible! And we shouldn't try, what we should be doing in my opinion is finding a wine that the majority of the people like. Same in Spain and Italy for example, family gatherings and social gatherings the food is served all at the same time and a bottle of wine is selected and no one mentions wine pairing. So i think the same should be for Chinese food, lets just select a bottle of wine that the people like.

It's all about good food, good wine, and good company that's the pairing

We should all worry less on wine pairing, its too technical and plays on the mind when you're eating and drinking, forget about whether this is best with this or that and enjoy the company
